Hola Coffee Lagasca ranks 19th on “The World’s 100 Best Coffee Shops” list, the first global ranking that recognizes excellence in thecoffee world. The coffee shop is part of the Hola Coffeebrand , a project that emerged in Madrid in 2017 and is dedicated to specialty coffee. Through its establishments, courses , and online store, it has expanded and established itself as a barista brand.
Specifically, the award-winning location is at 42 Lagasca Street, near the Serrano and Velázquez metro stops .It functions as a flagship store for the brand , allowing customers to enjoy a unique coffee and also take it home.
Their catalog includes all kinds of coffees to suit different tastes: natural, experimental, chocolatey, fruity, floral, and many more options. As they explain on their website, they all have different origins and processes, but with one common denominator: they roast them themselves.

Although the Lagasca coffee shop has been included in “The World’s 100 Best Coffee Shops” ranking, Hola Coffee has two other locations in Madrid: one at 33 Doctor Fourquet Street ( next to Lavapiés) and another at 21 Pedro Díez Avenue (Carabanchel district).
In addition, the brand actively participates in various events in the capital, such as Coffee Fest Week 2026, the international coffee festival held in Madrid from February 14 to 16.
They are currently preparing a new pop-up, a limited-time experience for March 7 and 8. They will be collaborating with Masterchef chef Verónica, content creator Pablo from Come_blog, and Le Creuset cookware.
