Canarian tapas route in Ponzano: these are the 20 participating restaurants

The most characteristic flavors of the Canary Archipelago will come to Chamberí thanks to a new tapas route organized by Volcanic Xperience and the association Vive Ponzano.

The fusion of cultures and exceptional climatic conditions of the Canary Islands make the archipelago a perfect place to enjoy culinary experiences of height. Fortunately, from November 29 to January 7, the people of Madrid can taste the best products from the Canary Islands. On the occasion of the Christmas holidays, twenty establishments in Ponzano are launching a new tapas route where there will be plenty of almogrote and honey rum.

Volcanic Xperience, a brand that promotes Canarian gastronomy around the world, and Vive Ponzano, an association of restaurateurs that promotes commerce and social life in Chamberí, have worked together to bring the most traditional flavors of the islands to Madrid. The aim of the initiative is to support island producers and encourage the purchase of local food.

Everyone who signs up for the route will have the option to participate in a raffle to win a trip to the Canary Islands, more than enough reason to visit one of the participating bars, located in the neighborhood of the snacking par excellence.
