The fact that a cheese factory has come up with the idea of selling ice cheese is like deciding to put wheels on suitcases, or that Guitarrica and Dellafuente announced a hypothetical collabo together: something that once done is so logical and natural that it is hard to understand how it had not been considered before. And returning to the field that concerns us, in this case the happy idea comes from the Cultivo cheese factory, which not only sells but also makes its own cheeses.
Since the consumption of this product drops considerably with the arrival of high temperatures, as Antonio, from the Cultivo team, explained to us during our visit to their store in Chamberí-They thought they could make the most of it by adapting it to the summer with a fresh version. .. and we can attest that they did.
However, as is also the case with the ice cream it is always a good time to take one regardless of the mercury, so this product is on sale all year round.
On the other hand, although here we experience it as something new, it is worth mentioning that according to what several users have pointed out in the Instagram reel we published, the frozen cheese is a typical dessert from the peruvian cuisine specifically from Arequipa.
