There is no catch. An ‘electropulpada’ is exactly what you imagine it to be: a date with electronic music and where you can taste one of the most iconic dishes of Galician gastronomy. An idea behind which is Agarimo (Bretón de los Herreros Street, 27), the Atlantic tavern of galician cuisine and one of the mandatory stops at Ponzano.
After the success achieved especially during its latest edition this year’s event –to be held, by the way, next Saturday, June 29– comes with a novelty: it leaves the tavern to move to the Wololó Space (Miguel Yuste Street, 17), with greater capacity.
It will be there where, during 9h, you can taste the gastronomic proposal of the event with the music played by different guest artists as a soundtrack.
The electronics part…
On the musical side, the organizers point out that the ‘electropulpada’ will feature a set by 3 DJs “from Madrid’s emerging scene”. They are as follows:

As for the gastronomic part, there will not only be kilos and kilos of octopus: also present for the occasion will be Galician pies Mai and Matucha and an ice cream flavor prepared expressly for the occasion, which will be provided by Gelato Lab: the taste of the ice cream will be pomace cream said Christian, from the ice cream parlor, to Madrid Secreto.
In addition to the above, according to Agarimo’s latest social media post “there are still some surprises to be revealed”.
Tickets for the ‘electropulpada’
The ticket for the event, which will start at 14h and will last until 22:30h, includes a tapa of octopus ‘á feira’ and a drink of Estrella Galicia. It is priced at 20€ and you can find more information on how to purchase yours on Agarimo’s Instagram profile (@agarimomadrid).
Solidarity T-shirts of the Galician fashion brand NWHR, with an exclusive design, will also be sold during the event. The profits will go to the Fragas do Mandeo Foundation, “which is dedicated to the conservation of the landscape and natural ecosystems of Galicia”.
