What is Madrid Gallery Weekend?
Arte Madrid is the Association of Modern and Contemporary Art Galleries of Madrid that organizes the event. The association hosts more than fifty galleries that “come together to offer a unique tour of exhibitions in different districts of the city with the purpose of promoting collecting and bringing contemporary art to the widest possible audience,” as Nerea Fernández, president of Arte Madrid, points out.
