Fans of Friends will remember the mythical scene of Joey eating the trifle prepared by Rachel: a dessert in which you could find both jam and beef. And that same logic seems to follow the second edition of the festival Illescas Vibra, an event that is enough eight family activities to cover proposals as diverse as a medieval flea market, observation with telescopes and a K-pop exhibition.
Its success is assured since, as reported by the City Council of Illescas, for programming have been based “on family and youth requests regarding the activities they would like to be developed in the municipality.
The festival starts this Friday from 17h and will run until Sunday September 14 at 00h.

Friday, September 12th
- From 17h to 00h. Medieval market. Hermanos Fernández Criado Square and surroundings.
- From 22h to 00h. Viewing of the sky with telescopes. Central Square of the Fairgrounds. Ticket collection (1 €) at the Espacio de Creación Joven.
Saturday, September 13th
- From 10 am to 1 pm. Multi-adventure activities (climbing wall, zip line, jumping). Esplanade of the Espacio de Creación Joven.
- From 10h to 13h. Workshops and soccer exhibition. Inside the Espacio de Creación Joven.
- From 11h to 14:30h and 17h to 00h. Medieval market. Hermanos Fernández Criado Square and surroundings.
- From 18h to 20h. Escape Illescas-Anacronía: the portal of time. The start will be in the Market Square. Registration at escapeillescas@gmail.com.
- From 20h to 20:30h. K-pop dance exhibition thanks to the Youth Association for the Support of Dance and Asian Culture. Fernández Criado Brothers Square.
- From 22h to 00h. Pop Mania Cover Band Concert with hits from the 80’s, 90’s and 00’s. Fernández Criado Brothers Square.
Sunday, September 14th
- From 11h to 14:30h and 17h to 00h. Medieval market. Plaza de los Hermanos Fernández Criado and surroundings.

Illescas Vibra 2025 Photo Contest
Parallel to the program, during the three days of the event there will be a photography contest with the theme of the festival itself. According to the rules of the contest, the images must capture “the essence, atmosphere, characters, details and activities of the event“.
The winners will receive different photography accessories as prizes (such as a tripod or a lighting kit) and the best snapshots will be exhibited at the Espacio de Creación Joven – Centro Municipal de Formación.
