The Soletes awarded by the Repsol Guide is a distinction that recognizes those places where we can find “Affordable pleasure, where quality and good work prevail”, as they define it. Its tenth edition, presented in Cordoba, focuses on celebrating the flavors of always and that is why they have baptized them as Soletes con Solera.
In total, more than 300 of these yellow badges have been distributed throughout Spain and will now be worn by the award-winning establishments. And of all of them, a total of 22 have gone to the Community of Madrid.
Among the award winners there are both long-established establishments and proposals from young people who wanted to bet on tradition. And not only bars and restaurants have been recognized, but cafés and bakeries have also been taken into account, because “the oven that best makes the typical sweet of your area also deserved an award”, they say.
