The maxim that “second parts were never good” is only applicable to specific circumstances: in other cases, repetition -or rather, recurrence- is, precisely, a good symptom. This category would include the fact that gastronomic events that have been held for the first time are held a second time, as is the case with the Dim Sum Festival, which returns this month.
It will be from July 3 to 28 when this small typical dish from southern China will become the protagonist of the menus of 11 restaurants in the capital, whose price will range from 28 € to 70 €.
As was the case last year, in its first edition, the gastronomic event has, in addition to the participating restaurants, the sponsorship of Tsingtao Beer (the most popular in China, produced since 1903) and the Sankou Asian Food workshop (where both the fillings and the dough for different types of dim sum are handmade).
