The vermuteo is an art that is practiced in Madrid, especially as part of a Sunday plan. In La Flaca, a Spanish tavern located at number 43 Serrano street, they know it well and that is why they have decided that on the last day of the week they serve unlimited vermouth for only 5€.
The mechanism is very simple: you arrive, order the first vermouth for 5€ and they refill it as many times as you want. To accompany it and complete the traditional Sunday plan, you can fill your stomach with the cocido madrileño that they serve that day of the week and that they heat in the embers.
Now, if what you prefer is to accompany your unlimited vermouth with tapas, we recommend you to take a look at their traditional cuisine menu.
