And young Simba. Disney characters whose stories have been with us since childhood and whom the luxurious Four Seasons Hotel in Madrid is now bringing to life in an exclusive live music event. A special edition of the famous Candlelight concerts where we’ll hear some of their best soundtracks by candlelight.

“Aladdin,” “Tangled,” and other legendary films
With the theme “love songs” as the common thread, this concert’s program is the perfect blend of soundtracks from both classic and contemporary films. Is it “Meg’s Song” from “Hercules” or “Kiss Her” from “The Little Mermaid”? Or the (very) tear-jerking “Two Little Caterpillars ” from “Encanto”? All of these and many more will be part of a repertoire that could very well become your go-to soundtrack playlist. And all performed by a live string quartet.
Four Seasons Madrid: a luxury hotel steeped in history
Today, the Four Seasons in Madrid is one of the city’s most renowned hotels, but this five-star complex was originally built with a completely different purpose in mind: the financial world. During the 20th century, it housed the seven buildings that would eventually become the headquarters of Spain’s most important banks. However, Banco Santander’s move to Boadilla del Monte in the early 2000s left the site vacant until 2012.
It was in that year that the Canalejas Center project began, which in 2020 would welcome the current Four Seasons Hotel. And now, six years later, this iconic luxury hotel is one of the most frequent venues for Candlelight concerts in Madrid, including those dedicated to Disney.
Summer movies on the Four Seasons terrace
In addition to movie-themed concerts, this summer the Four Seasons is also focusing on cinema with Dani’s Cinema Club. Exclusive summer film screenings where you can enjoy an outdoor movie while savoring a themed menu created specifically for the occasion by chef Dani García. They take place on the terrace of Dani Brasserie (already an icon of the hotel) on select Wednesdays throughout July and August of this year.
