Madrid Otra Mirada, the cultural program that shows the architectural heritage of Madrid through free guided tours, announces its return and this 2025 it does it in style with an unprecedented deployment: for only 4 days it will open to the public the largest number of buildings and sites in its history.
Numerically, this record translates into a total of 194 places of heritage interest that citizens will be able to access between October 16 and 19. Some of them, such as the Pavón Theater or the Royal Palace of El Pardo, are joining this initiative for the first time.
The list covers a multitude of spaces: there are visits to palaces, museums, theaters, churches and cemeteries; but also to parks and gardens, libraries, archives, cultural centers and unique buildings.
Free activities, concerts and conferences

In addition to the visits themselves, the program goes further and has 230 activities -all of them completely free- to choose from among concerts, lectures, exhibitions, workshops, screenings and children’s activities.
In the brochure of Madrid Otra Mirada you can consult the complete program and all the details about the schedules and the need or not to register in advance.
Registration for Madrid Otra Mirada 2025

Most of the activities and visits require prior registration, which will open on Thursday October 2 at 10 am through this link. As a recommendation to get a place -since every year they sell out quickly-, we advise you to be clear about what you want to see and the availability of date and time to make the process as quickly as possible.
Depending on the activity, some reservations are made through e-mail or other links, so it is also worth browsing the brochure in order to be clear about where to go depending on the visit or activity to be carried out.
