To find among the gyms in Madrid the one that best fits you first you have to consider a few factors: the location, key to avoid laziness; the price, the range is wide; objectives, long or short term and extras you want to have as, for example, spa included.
Regular exercise has become one of the regular habits of Spaniards. The Superior Sports Council makes this clear in its latest 2020 sports habits survey: “Approximately 6 in 10 people aged 15 and older played sports in the past year, 59.6%, either regularly or occasionally, an increase of 6.1 percentage points over 2015.”
