The Community of Madrid has taken another step to facilitate young people’s access to training. Thanks to the Training Voucher, unemployed individuals under the age of 30 are eligible for courses worth up to 1,500 euros, and these are now available through the Digital Account, an easily accessible digital platform.
With this addition, applicants will be able to manage the entire process online, using a guided system, without having to visit any office. Furthermore, the platform adapts to each person’s profile and situation and checks whether any information needs to be corrected.
Streamlining the process

The program was launched in January 2026 by the regional government, expanding the options for online applications. With this system, young people can access a personalized questionnaire, so that the questions are tailored to the user and potential errors are minimized.
Another feature it offers is automatic data pre-population, since the system already has the information available to the government. This reduces bureaucracy and eliminates the need to re-upload documents.
More procedures with the Digital Account

Since its launch in July 2024, Cuenta Digital has been extremely useful in bringing public services closer to the citizens of the Community of Madrid. It is available 24 hours a day and allows users to complete procedures that were previously handled through the electronic portal.
In recent years, it has added more than 220 features, including administrative tasks such as applying for financial aid, processing applications, reviewing files, or signing documents electronically .
According to data from the Community of Madrid, in 2025 there were nearly 10 million visits to Cuenta Digital, and more than 1.1 million users conducted their transactions through it. This demonstrates its great utility, to which is now added the possibility of applying for subsidized training courses for young people.
