Madrid is joining in the Oktoberfest celebration with an event that will bring the atmosphere of Bavarian beer halls to the city center. From September 21 to October 5, Level Bar, located inside Generator Madrid, will host two weeks of German beer, traditional food, one-liter mugs, and live music so you can enjoy this popular festival without leaving the capital.
Admission is free, except on the night of the concert, but in any case, you must reserve your ticket in advance through Eventbrite. The venue is located at San Bernardo, 2, very close to Gran Vía, Callao, and Plaza de España.
German beer, currywurst, and pretzels
In addition to plenty of beer, there will be currywurst, German hot dogs, and pretzels with cheese sauce. Currywurst, one of Germany’s most popular street foods, combines chopped sausage with a spicy sauce that’s usually tomato- and curry-based. The pretzels, with their characteristic twisted shape and salty flavor, will be served with cheese, while the German hot dogs will round out a casual menu designed for sharing.
In addition, Level Bar has prepared a special cocktail called “Bavarian Nights,” created specifically for this event. It’s a great option for those who want to soak up the Oktoberfest atmosphere but would rather skip the beer.
A special night with live music

Although Oktoberfest will run for two weeks, the main event will be on Saturday, September 26. That night, the band Muddy Boots will perform a live concert starting at 9:00 p.m., turning the bar into one of the hotspots to kick off or continue your Saturday night.
After the performance, Level Bar will extend its hours until 3:00 a.m. The combination of live music, food, cocktails, and beer will let you keep the party going without having to switch venues—which is especially convenient for groups of friends looking for a downtown outing with no cover charge.
