A new shopping center will connect the south of Madrid and Toledo through a wide range of leisure, shopping and dining options. With 90,000 square meters, the Señorío Plaza shopping park will open its doors in the first quarter of 2026.
It is located 30 minutes by car from Madrid, at 1 Juan Carlos Onetti Street in Illescas, Toledo, and will be accessible from the A-42 highway. Its design prioritizes accessibility, sustainability and open spaces, making it a comfortable and attractive option for families.
70 million euros and more than 30 stores

The project has involved an investment of some 70 million euros and is expected to generate more than 600 direct jobs, according to Diario AS. Thus, Señorío Plaza expects to become a reference among the region’s shopping centers, with a wide range of stores, restaurants and entertainment spaces.
There will be more than 30 stores, including fashion, home equipment, sports and specialized stores. Some of the brands that have already confirmed their presence are the sports brand Sprinter, the family fashion brand Kiabi, JYSK and Homa in housewares, Max Colchón and Dormity in the rest sector or Toy Planet in the children’s toy sector.
Leisure and gastronomy for everyone

Of course, there will also be a hypermarket, which on this occasion will be Alcampo. And there will be leisure and entertainment options such as the BowlingCo bowling alley and a family area with climbing walls and zip lines.
For movie buffs, Odeon Cinemas will be present in the Señorío Plaza shopping center, bringing its latest-generation technology to enhance the film experience.
The restaurant offer will cover all tastes and budgets, with chains such as 100 montaditos, Vips, Ginos, McDonals and Popeyes. Sushi lovers will find it at Maki Toki and snacks will be available at places like Churrería Emma Fernández, already established in Toledo, or Newyorker’s Café, among others.
A delayed opening

The initial intention was for the project to be ready by December 2025, coinciding with the Christmas campaign, but it has finally been delayed. As explained in its social networks Señorío Plaza, “for reasons beyond our control we will have to wait a little longer“.
Therefore, the forecast is that the new shopping center, promoted by Waika, Ordesa Building, Martínez de Aspe Arquitectos and Wit Retail, will open its doors in the first quarter of 2026.
