Puente de Vallecas is warming up the engines for the celebration of its most German and beer festival: the Oktoberfest Vallekana 2025. For ten days, from September 11 to 21, the Pistas del Parque Javier de Miguel (Diligencia street, 8) will host for the second consecutive year a large tent “in the purest German style, with wooden benches and tables brought directly from Germany,” according to the organization.
Under this tent, through which 7,500 people passed in the 2024 edition, attendees will have the opportunity to taste the traditional beers of Weihenstephan -one of the official beers of the authentic Munich Oktoberfest- and Hofbräu München -the oldest brewery in the world, dating back to the year 1040-.
In addition to liters and liters of beer, there will be food trucks with different types of food to accompany them, such as Saltxichauto sausages from Thate, Mexican food from La Botana, burgers from Karnota Beach Burger or handmade stone-baked pizzas from L’ Arte Bianca.
Gastronomic offer apart, the Oktoberfest Vallekana plan also includes “activities, music and surprises during all the days of the event”. To keep up to date on the latest news we advise you to keep an eye on their social networks.
Schedule of the Oktoberfest Vallekana 2025

Bars in Madrid that give you free tapas with your beer.

Beyond the event, if at any other time of the year you are looking for a place to have a beer and accompany it with a tapa that does not cost you anything, there are many bars in Madrid that opt for this formula. Whether they are croquettes, large sandwiches or tapas that look like rations, in this article we have compiled a few options.
A tapas route: beer and tercio for 4 €.

At the same time, until this Sunday, September 14, Carabanchel celebrates La Ruta de la Tapa ‘Ven a Vivirlo’, in which more than a dozen bars and restaurants offer an exclusive tapa accompanied by a third of Mahou for 4 €.
Among the snacks that can be enjoyed there is a fritter of tripe Madrid style with reduction in its own stew or a homemade porra de obrador with bacon and cheese, to name two examples. You can consult all of them in this link.
