The Medieval Market of the Order of Santiago de Paracuellos de Jarama celebrates a new edition this weekend, transforming the streets of this Madrid municipality from March 14 to 16 in an authentic living scenario of the twelfth century. During the three days of the celebration, neighbors and visitors from other corners of the region will find a display of more than 90 craft stalls in the Plaza de la Constitución and its surroundings.
Among sausages, pickles, honeys, liquors, food and taverns, strollers can also enjoy period performances, exhibitions of ancient crafts, children’s workshops, face painting and board games.
The offer of this medieval market of Paracuellos, which we detail below, is completed with street theater entertainment, storytelling, music and dance performances, recreations and “other surprises,” says the City Paracuellos.
