The rental situation in Madrid

During his visit to the show flat, the Minister of Housing, Transport, and Infrastructure, Jorge Rodrigo, highlighted that “each of these processes arouses great excitement among the people of Madrid.” This is not surprising, considering that according to the latest real estate indices, the neighborhood where rents have risen the most from one year to the next has seen an increase of almost 20%.
