This festival is pure fire: fire on the dance floor, on the DJ tables, inside the attendees. A Summer Story closed an epic edition last summer and is already pointing out the new dates of its next party: it will be on June 20 and 21, 2025. And you can already stay in this eternal summer that is A Summer Story by getting your season ticket for its ninth edition.
In addition, this announcement is completed with a benefit for the most forward-thinking: you can already recharge your wristbands with gift credit (with 40 euros of recharge, you will receive 10 free gift; with 75 euros of recharge, 25 euros of gift). A festival-goer with foresight is worth two.
A Summer Story will return to what is already its home, the Ciudad del Rock in Arganda del Rey. There, this past edition, more than 70,000 people gathered in an environment of undoubted musical quality. And there, next summer 2025, the best DJs of the world scene will thunder.
That’s the thing about festivals: they hold, in our imagination, a promise of times of relaxation, fun, light, color, incredible nights of live music and twinning. A Summer Story is a festival that knows a lot about this, and about building a community around electronic worship.
In 2024 we were able to attend iconic, epic sessions, which will mark another notch in the milestones of the history not only of the festival, but of the history of electronic music in the capital. This is what we experienced with Carl Cox and the experimental madness of his ‘Hybrid Show’, with the incendiary Fatima Hajjii (what brutality, Fatima) or with the incredible ode to love and the power of DJ Snake’s music.
In what will be its ninth edition, everything is yet to be written, everything is yet to be decided. Who will headline the bill? What new emerging talents will we discover next summer live under the Madrid sun? Who will dare with some unexpected b2b session? We hope to have news soon.
A Summer Story: a life dedicated to electronic music
Although we still do not know the new line up, we can safely admit that it will be a compendium of great DJs of the national and international scene, and that we will attend, once again, sessions that will remain for posterity.
Among them, historic hands that passed through the stages of the festival in past editions as Richie Hawtin, Fatima Hajji, Don Diablo, Alexxandra, Mëstiza, Amelie Lens, Nina Kraviz, Armin Van Buuren, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Loco Dice, Wade, Paco Osuna and, of course, the classic Oro Viejo by DJ Nano.
And all this, watered with a supreme technological deployment orchestrated by Fluge, which elevate each session to the maximum power.
