The Riyadh Air Metropolitan Stadium will once again become a pop cathedral. The Weeknd has announced two unique concerts in Spain on August 28th and 29th, 2026. The Madrid date is part of the extension of his After Hours Til Dawn world tour, which will kick off in April in Mexico City and will tour cities such as Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo, Paris, Amsterdam, Milan and London before ending in the Spanish capital.
The announcement has been received with enthusiasm, not only because it is the only stop on Spanish soil, but also because it represents the artist’s return to Madrid three years after selling out the same stadium during the original tour. In this new stage, Playboi Carti will be the guest artist at all European concerts, adding his provocative style to the audiovisual spectacle that characterizes the Canadian’s performances.
When and where to buy The Weeknd tickets
Tickets for The Weeknd’s concerts in Madrid will go on sale in several phases. The first opportunity will be through the Live Nation pre-sale in collaboration with Santander SMusic, which will begin on Tuesday, September 9, 2025 at 2:00 pm, with a waiting room set up from 1:30 pm. This option will be available to Banco Santander customers with Mastercard, as part of the benefits of its music platform.
A second pre-sale will arrive two days later, on Thursday, September 11 at 12:00, exclusively for registered LiveNation.es users. The waiting room in this case will open at 10:30, and will be another good opportunity to secure a seat before the final rush.
General on-sale will open on Friday, September 12 at 12:00, with access available from 11:30. The official points of sale will be LiveNation.es, Ticketmaster and El Corte Inglés, and it is recommended to purchase only through these platforms to avoid fraud or cost overruns.
Although the official price list has not yet been published, several specialized portals and users on social networks have shared estimates taken from Live Nation’s own website before they were withdrawn. According to these unconfirmed information, tickets would range from 51 euros (plus fees) in the upper tiers to 151 euros (plus fees) in premium areas such as the Gold Circle or the first rows of bleachers. A VIP ticket offer is also expected, although details have not yet been announced.
A monumental tour with a finale in Madrid

This new leg of the After Hours Til Dawn tour is not a simple add-on. With it, The Weeknd celebrates an album trilogy that has marked his artistic evolution in recent years: After Hours (2020), Dawn FM (2022) and Hurry Up Tomorrow (2025). The show promises to combine the best of these three works with a high-impact stage production, as was the case in the original tour that broke attendance records.
With songs like Blinding Lights, Save Your Tears or Popular, The Weeknd has become one of the most influential names in contemporary pop. His visit to Madrid is not only a date with live music, but also an opportunity to be part of one of the most powerful musical phenomena of the decade.
The dates are already marked in red for thousands of fans. Now all that’s left is to keep an eye on the sales platforms, prepare your browser and cross your fingers. Because when Abel Tesfaye lands in Madrid, tickets fly.
