The Champions Burger reaches its grand finale. In its world, burgers are decked out in impossible colors, combine flavors no one would expect in a single bite, and bear names that have already become part of internet folklore—names capable of bringing a smile to your face even before you take that first bite. After touring more than 40 Spanish cities in search of the “Best Burger in Spain 2026,” this universe of fascinating creations and—to say the least—funny combinations is coming to the Leganés fairgrounds with an edition that breaks all previous formats: 18 days of live music, attractions, and food, all with free admission.
This format has long since outgrown the niche of burgers. Now it goes much further. From September 10 to 27, the venue’s 35,000 m² will transform into a massive event that brings together the most expert tasters of this delicacy. While you sample that “6 7” burger (no one knows yet what it means), you’ll hear tribute bands performing songs by Mecano, Fito, Manolo García, La Oreja de Van Gogh, Hombres G, Queen, Héroes del Silencio, and Amaral (every day starting at 9:00 p.m.). There are also DJ sets and Starbucks’ “silent disco,” complete with wireless headphones and a choice of music channels. And to get your adrenaline pumping, there’s a giant 150-meter zip line and a 12-meter free fall. Is it clear now why burgers aren’t the only stars of the show anymore?
Clash of the Titans: The 23 Best Burgers of the Year at The Champions Burger

The main attraction remains the competition—the battle—the highlight of the event. The 23 burgers with the most votes from the entire tour will make it to the final in Leganés (remember that in each edition, the verdict rests with the public, who rate each contender by scanning a QR code on their purchase receipt).
Among the top favorites: The Vicbros Burger (Alicante), with its pretzel-style bun and Simmental beef medallion; Godeo (Córdoba), with a brioche drizzled with gold leaf and aged Black Angus beef; Gottan (Málaga), which combines smoked mozzarella au gratin with slow-cooked ribs; and Tokio (Murcia), with its glazed brioche and Iberian ribs cooked for 48 hours.
A new feature: beyond burgers and a viral dessert

Every edition features space for the burger’s most faithful companions: fries. But for the finale, the culinary offerings expand to include The Fire Pit, a grill area featuring various cuts of meat and ribeye steaks; La Vermutería – Vinoteca, dedicated, of course, to vermouth and the quintessential aperitif: gildas and pinchos; and areas specializing in kebabs and Mexican cuisine.
Also new is “The Champions Cheesecake” format, featuring cheesecakes crafted by six bakeries from across the country, including Galician, Italian, and French variations.
Since its inception in 2018, The Champions Burger has become the leader in culinary entertainment events, and for this seventh edition, it has also expanded internationally into France and Portugal.
