It has been 45 years since Madrid last hosted a motorsports competition on the scale of the one taking place this weekend: THE 2026 FORMULA 1 TAG HEUER SPANISH GRAND PRIX will be held in the capital from September 11 to 13, and the excitement surrounding the event can be gauged by milestones such as tickets selling out days before the race.
In terms of attendance figures, this means that thousands of people will attend this event at the city’s F1® circuit, named MADRING. For this reason, and to avoid unnecessary lines, attendees have been given the option to pick up their access wristbands in advance, rather than having to do so at the venue.
Specifically, El Corte Inglés has set up four pickup locations where attendees can exchange their QR code for a wristband between September 4 and 10, from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Locations of the wristband pickup points for F1®

To exchange the access QR code for a wristband at the pickup locations, you’ll need to present it at one of the following El Corte Inglés locations in the capital:
- Castellana: 65 Raimundo Fernández Villaverde Street, 5th Floor.
- Serrano: 47 Serrano Street, 3rd Floor.
- Princesa: 56 Princesa Street, 3rd Floor.
- Sol: Plaza de la Puerta del Sol, 10. 4th Floor.
If you are unable to pick it up in advance, you can exchange your QR code for a wristband directly at the venue, and you must wear it all three days to gain access to the event.
