A wave lagoon tailored to each surfer
The heart of Gemswell Surf Madrid will be a massive 23,000-square-meter lagoon, equipped with Wavegarden technology—a system capable of generating up to 1,000 waves per hour and offering some 50 different wave configurations. This way, the facility will cater to the needs of every visitor, from those who have never touched a surfboard to passionate surfers looking to perfect their technique.
The space will be divided into two main areas: on one side, the Bay, a safe environment dedicated to those who want to discover surfing and take their first steps; on the other, the Reef, an area designed for more advanced surfers, where participants can enjoy an average of 15 to 20 waves per person per session, with a higher level of difficulty.
Gastronomy, wellness, and leisure without leaving the M-40
Beyond wetsuits and surfboards, Gemswell Surf Madrid will feature more than 3,000 square meters dedicated to dining, spread across five dining areas and beach bars around the lagoon. The experience is rounded out by four infinity pools, a skatepark, wellness areas, and a program that will include events, concerts, and shows.
How to get tickets and why you should be (already) on the waitlist
The waiting list, now open, will grant access to an exclusive presale through Fever, which will operate on a voucher system. This way, future visitors will be able to purchase individual introductory sessions (at a special price starting at €39) or packages of 5, 10, or 20 sessions for more advanced surfers.
In addition, all sessions purchased during the presale will include the necessary equipment (board and wetsuit). Later, once the reservation system goes live, you’ll be able to redeem your passes by choosing the day and time that work best for you.
