There are a considerable number of craft and design markets held throughout the region, but not all of them offer the chance to stroll among different stalls in search of a unique and original gift to take home in the setting of a renovated country house surrounded by Japanese-inspired gardens: that only happens at the Mercado de las Conchas in Torrelodones.
This market, with over nine years of history, brings together a careful selection of both artisans and gourmet stalls in the unique setting of Casa Verde (25 Rosario Manzaneque Avenue), which will return on April 18 and 19, 2026, for the spring edition of this event.
In addition, there will be a Bocana food truck on site where you can refuel, offering burgers made with locally sourced beef from the Sierra de Guadarrama on artisanal brioche buns.
What is sold at the Mercado de las Conchas?

In this edition, the gourmet section will feature French wines and pâtés from Vinofilia, Andolucas olive oil, artisanal honey from Apiek, cheeses from Cerrucos de Kanama, and artisanal sweets from Baked.
As for crafts, the selection includes handmade ceramics from Cerámica Eva and Mamacebra, hand-painted plates by Mariarte, handmade candles from Con el
Alma de Marta, and the handcrafted bookbinding by Lacacupaper.
Wellness and personal care will also be featured, with Raizza’s handmade soaps and Nurake’s natural creams, designer jewelry, and a selection of fashion and accessories.
As a new feature, this edition will welcome new artisans and creative offerings, “which expand the market’s variety and reinforce its unique character as a showcase for independent talent,” according to the Mercado de las Conchas.
Spring Workshops at the Mercado de las Conchas
