The Roca brothers are set to host one of the culinary events of the year in Madrid: an exclusive menu for 45 euros right in the heart of the Vallehermoso Market, a far cry from the usual prices at El Celler de Can Roca or their other haute cuisine ventures. The event will take place on September 23 and 24, 2026, at El Puesto Guía Repsol, the space where the guide is hosting pop-ups with some of the country’s best chefs inside this market in the Chamberí neighborhood.
Fontané: haute cuisine (almost) at the price of a daily special
Although Guía Repsol has not yet detailed the exact contents of the Fontané menu, it does make clear that this is an exclusive gastronomic experience “that you will only be able to enjoy at the Guía Repsol Stand.” The stand’s usual format combines several courses (appetizers, main dishes, and a dessert or sweet treat) with a common theme.
What stands out, compared to El Celler’s prices, is the cost: dining at El Celler de Can Roca involves multi-course menus that easily exceed 200 euros per person, while its Vii bar in Girona averages around 25 euros. Pricing the Fontané experience at 45 euros in Madrid places it at a very attractive midpoint.
El Puesto Guía Repsol: a small “festival” within the market

The programming at El Puesto Guía Repsol for 2026 reinforces the idea that Vallehermoso has become much more than a neighborhood market. Before and after the Roca brothers’ visit, this space will host chefs and projects such as Cañitas Maite (Javier Sanz and Juan Sahuquillo), the Mexican La Once Mil, the mountain cuisine of Ansils, the Castilian offerings of Caleña, the Basque farmhouse of AMA, Fuentelgato from the mountains of Cuenca, and Ceibe, reinterpreting Galician cuisine.
Guía Repsol notes that tickets for these experiences will only be available through its app, which handles reservations and exclusive promotions. Given the Roca brothers’ international fame and the limited price of the menu, it’s likely that spots will sell out quickly.
