Apartments ranging from 53.62 m² to 81.02 m² with starting prices ranging from €118,841.66 to €179,570.14 (VAT included). These are the characteristics of the seven public housing units that the Alcobendas City Council will soon put up for auction.
The properties, which have between 2 and 4 bedrooms, are located between Olivar, Calderón de la Barca, Luis Rodríguez Ontiveros, and Manuel de Falla streets in the Madrid municipality.
With these starting prices, the cost per square meter comes to around 2,216 euros,“a figure well below the public benchmarks for the housing market in Alcobendas, which currently stand at over 4,000 euros per square meter,” according to the city council itself.
The purpose of this public auction is to facilitate home ownership of properties located in the city while also promoting their preservation and rehabilitation.
