This coming May, Getafe celebrates its patron saint festivities, and the City Council has already announced the singers who will set the tone. David Bustamante, Kiko Veneno, Sidonie, and Las Sanguijuelas del Guadiana headline the concert lineup, which will take place from May 15 to 31.
The shows will be held at the fairgrounds and the Town Hall Square, although there will also be performances by the La Misión Orchestra and the Panorama Orchestra on May 15 and 16 at the Getafe Air Force Base to kick off the festivities.
In addition to performances by national artists and bands, audiences can enjoy tributes to music legends such as Queen, Michael Jackson, and Extremoduro. And the Juan de la Cierva Youth Venue will join the celebrations with DJ sets in the afternoon and evening.
Concert Schedule

The stage at the Getafe fairgrounds will openon Friday, May 22, with a performance by Kiko Veneno, followed by the La Tribu Orchestra. However, the previous weekend will already feature orchestra performances at the municipality’s Air Force Barracks, where the pre-festival celebrations will take place.
From then until Sunday, May 31, the entire town will be filled with concerts, tribute shows, orchestras, and DJ sets. These are the dates already announced by the City Council that will take place at the fairgrounds:
- Friday, May 22: Kiko Veneno and La Tribu Orchestra.
- Saturday, May 23: David Bustamante and DJ Kiss FM.
- Sunday, May 24: Sidonie, a tribute to Supersubmarina, and DJ Hit FM.
- Monday, May 25: Sanguijuelas del Guadiana.
- Wednesday, May 27: Billy Boom Band children’s concert and a tribute to Queen.
- Thursday, May 28: Tribute to Extremoduro.
- Friday, May 29: Orquesta Vulkano and DJ.
- Saturday, May 30: La Mundial Orchestra and DJ.
- Sunday, May 31: Local bands from the Youth Department.
More music in the Plaza de la Constitución

In parallel with the activities at the fairgrounds, the area surrounding Getafe City Hall ( Plaza de la Constitución) will host several orchestras and tribute bands:
- Saturday, May 23: Orquesta Diamante and DJ.
- Sunday, May 24: Orquesta Kripton and DJ.
- Monday, May 25: Tribute to Michael Jackson.
- Friday, May 29: Orquesta Miami and DJ.
- Saturday, May 30: Maxims Orchestra and DJ.
- Sunday, May 31: Gathering of Regional and Intercultural Houses.
To ensure safety during the festivities and improve accessibility, the city council has expanded the Fairgrounds by 32% to accommodate both festival booths and concertgoers. This will allow for better crowd control and increased security checks at the entrances.
