From the butcher’s shop straight to your plate, it couldn’t be fresher. This is the philosophy behind Chuletacity, the Madrid butcher’s shop where you can choose the cuts of meat you want (at their usual price) and have them cooked for an additional €10 at their restaurant next door: Chuletacity Hijos De La Brasa. It also includes three side dishes: French fries, salad, and roasted peppers.
It’s simple: just go to the butcher’s and choose the cut (or cuts) you prefer. You can also ask for advice: depending on the cut, how you like your meat cooked, and the intensity of flavor you prefer, they can recommend, in their words, “just what will make your palate happy.”
Once you have made your purchase at the butcher’s, just go to the restaurant and, for the aforementioned supplement (per person), they will cook it to your liking and serve it with the three side dishes mentioned above. You can also order another dish from the menu to complete your meal.
What meats do they sell?

Their catalog includes meats such as Friesian beef tenderloin or matured ox, Wagyu sirloin from El Escorial, Angus ribeye aged for more than 45 days, matured beef or veal ribeye, ox flank, Angus skirt steak, or Berrenda ribeye, among many other options to choose from.
They also have some current promotions, such as 2-for-1 on burgers on Wednesdays and steaks on Thursdays (however, these are either for pick-up or to order in the restaurant, and are not included in home delivery).
