This weekend, between Friday 5 and Sunday 7 September, a new edition of the Medieval Market of Collado Villalba will be installed in the Plaza de la Constitución and its surrounding streets (Libertad and Anacleto López streets) to fill them with period proposals aimed at all audiences.
Both the neighborhood and those who come to the town from the capital -the journey is only 40 minutes- can stroll among the various market stalls, where they will find perfumes, traditional wooden toys, leather goods, glass and ceramics, soaps, sausages, cheeses, sweets and beverages.
In addition to all of the above, the program is full of activities for both children (with medieval tales and characters such as jesters and troubadours) and adults, including musical parades, a nightly circus and fire show and workshops on ancient crafts.

Parallel to the activities specified below, during market opening hours there will also be thematic exhibitions, a medieval camp, medieval taverns, food and catering stalls and music of the period.
