Work has begun on the construction of the Conde de Casal interchange, a project which will be the link between the circular metro line (L6) and the new section of line 11, and which will also bring together urban and interurban bus stops in an intermodal area with 13 docks.
The Community of Madrid has confirmed that there will be an alternative mobility plan during the works, and invites the neighborhood residents to use public transport: metro lines 1 and 9 will be reinforced, as will the interurban bus service 63 and E4.
How to get around by car?
During the first four months of works , one of the two traffic lanes with access to Plaza del Conde de Casal will be removed, without affecting the circulation of the tunnel. Due to this cut, it is recommended to circulate by the following itineraries:

- A3 – M30 northbound – O’Donnell

- Avenida Ciudad de Barcelona – M30 northbound – A3
