This afternoon, Madrid audiences will be able to enjoy a free, open-air concert with the spirit of a major festival at the 2026 Tres Cantos Fiestas Mayores. Dani Fernández has become one of the must-see names in contemporary Spanish pop-rock following his departure from the boy band Auryn.
Dani Fernández’s concert will take place this Friday, June 19, at 11:00 p.m. on the Main Stage at the Tres Cantos Fairgrounds. The venue is located in the area set aside for the San Juan Festival, with free admission and a modern festival atmosphere: rides, booths, social clubs, food stalls, and a stage set up for major live performances. Admission is completely free; no prior invitation or ticket purchase is required, although it’s recommended to arrive early because a large crowd is expected, including both Tres Cantos residents and fans traveling from Madrid and other towns.
As part of the San Juan Festival
Dani Fernández’s performance is part of the musical lineup for the Tres Cantos Fiestas Mayores, which this year features several high-energy concerts over three consecutive nights. The Panorama Orchestra will be in charge of getting the party started , kicking off the series on Thursday, June 18, at 11:00 p.m., also at the fairgrounds, followed by Dani Fernández on Friday, June 19, and Siloé on Saturday, June 20, at the same time. Throughout the weekend, there will also be performances by orchestras (Maxims, Diamante, Atlántida), DJs such as Sofía Cristo and Sergio Blasco, and local bands, turning the concert area into the epicenter of the festivities until the wee hours of the morning.
Tres Cantos is about 20 kilometers north of Madrid and has good connections by both car and public transportation. On the Renfe Cercanías commuter rail, Line C-4 (toward Colmenar Viejo) stops at the Tres Cantos station, from where you can walk to the fairgrounds in a few minutes or take the city buses provided by the City Council during the festivities. By car, access is mainly via the M-607, with designated parking areas; however, on concert nights, patience is recommended, and, if possible, taking the train is advised to avoid traffic jams on the way out.
