Once again, Móstoles welcomes September with the festivities in honor of its patron saint, the Virgen de los Santos. From September 5 to 15 the city is filled with music, culture and tradition with activities for all tastes and ages.
Beret, Shaila Dúrcal, David Bustamante or Estrella Morente are some of the artists that can be heard in the city for free in the coming days. In addition, on Saturday September 13 will be held the first Indie festival in Mostoles, which will feature performances by Iván Ferreiro, La Habitación Roja and the emerging local band Monodosis.
The festivities, declared of Regional Tourist Interest since 2010, will have the ex-football player David Villa, winner of the 2008 Eurocup and the 2010 World Cup, as the town crier. The program includes parades of giants and big-heads, popular breakfasts, bullfighting festivities, religious events in honor of the patron saint and the traditional craft market.
Inclusion and musical variety

There is no need to pay for any of the concerts, which will take place in the Plaza del Pradillo and Finca Liana Park, where a distinction will be made between the Liana Fuentes and Liana Carpas stages.
There will be shows both at night and during the day, highlighting family proposals such as the show “Rock en familia” on Saturday 13, which will be accompanied by a popular pancetta, and the day of “La hora del vermú” by the group Agua y Sal on Sunday 14.
In the evenings, top level artists will bring different musical styles to Móstoles. The Panorama Orchestra will remind us of classics of all times, Los Secretos will take us back to the Movida Madrileña and flamenco will be performed by Estrella Morete. And, of course, there will be different contemporary artists such as Bombai and DePOl, pop-rock, Beret, urban music, or Shaila Dúrcal, with traditional Mexican music and Latin pop.
In order to favor the inclusion there have been established hours without noise in the fairground (from 17:00 to 18:00, except on days 8 and 9 that will be from 17:00 to 19:00) and also the “Tramo Azul”, from where people with sensory hypersensitivity will be able to see the parade of giants and bigheaded. Likewise, people with functional diversity will have preferential entrance to both the attractions and the concerts.
