One more year, the Fiesta del Cine will lower ticket prices to only 3.50 euros in more than 40 theaters throughout the Community of Madrid. For four days, from November 3 to 6, moviegoers will be able to enjoy the entire billboard at a lower price than usual.
After 24 editions, the cinemas know that the theaters are usually crowded, so from next Wednesday, October 29 will open the advance sale of tickets for the Fiesta del Cine.
Films such as Gabby’s Doll’s House, The Dinner Party or The Warren Files: The Last Rite are some of the films that are highlighted on the event’s website and that can be seen.
Online and box office tickets

To take advantage of the La Fiesta del Cine discounts it is not necessary to be accredited in advance. The advance purchase can be made from home through the Internet, both on the websites of cinemas and traditional ticket sales. Another option is to go to the box offices and kiosks in the halls of the cinemas.
The discount is not cumulative with other discounts such as the youth card or the 3rd age card, but it is cumulative with the Bono Cultural Joven, the aid offered by the government to 18 year olds to invest in culture in the country.
Theaters to enjoy the discounts

More than 40 cinemas throughout the Community of Madrid will apply the €3.50 price for the Fiesta del Cine. Some of them are Cine Golem, Renoir cinema in Princesa and Plaza de España, Yelmo, Cines Callao or Cines Embajadores.
Also included are cinemas in other locations such as Leganés, Las Rozas, Alcalá de Henares or Alcorcón, among others. The complete list can be consulted here.
Cinema as resistance to immediacy

On this occasion, two actors who won the Goya Awards 2025 will occupy the role of ambassadors of the Fiesta del Cine. On the official website, both have left their opinions about what the seventh art entails.
For Carolina Yuste, Best Leading Actress for La Infiltrada, today’s world demands a lot of immediacy, speed and mental load, so “choosing to go to the movies is a form of resistance to that way of attending and watching”.
For his part, Eduard Fernández, Best Actor in a Leading Role for Marco, emphasizes that the experience of watching a film at the cinema means “experiencing a sense of intimacy shared in the darkness and silence, which has something magical that is difficult to explain”.
