Last March, at number 11 of Paseo de las Yeserías (Madrid Río), Kasava opened: a 3,000 square meter bazaar with all kinds of products for home maintenance and daily survival. To get an idea of the diversity of its catalog, just take a look at its list of best sellers: it ranges from Asian food packets to aroma diffusers (there are tomato-scented ones).
As soon as we enter the store, we see a map that reads: Metro de Madrid. The Kasava team has been inspired by the city’s most emblematic means of transport so that its customers can distinguish the seven zones into which the store is divided.
All the zones of the store
The yellow zone is dedicated to stationery lovers, and also offers a varied selection of toys and drugstore products. Following the tour, we find the gray area, where home diffusers share the limelight with a section of Asian food and small last-minute whims.
The green area is a veritable oasis, full of plants for the home. Not far away, the pink zone displays all its charm with artificial flowers, candles for the home, children’s decorations and seasonal products.
The orange zone functions as a showroom, inviting you to discover the store’s latest novelties and trends. In the blue zone, party items, rugs, garden decor and pet accessories are grouped in a space designed to celebrate and enjoy the home. Finally, the red zone brings together everything needed for the kitchen and bathroom, as well as a wide variety of baskets and hardware products.
