Not too long ago a grocery ticket from 20 years ago went viral because of its prices. Nostalgia for a time when the basket was filled for much less was prevalent in the comments. And just a couple of days ago, a hypermarket that seems to want to get closer to those prices of yesteryear also went viral : Kiwi Market.
They summarize their philosophy as “every purchase is an experience that helps you save without compromising quality”. Taking as a reference the video that has gone viral in TikTok you can find, for example, a kilo of chicken at only €2.99 -in the ticket we talked about at the beginning of the article there were chicken wings at €1.37-.
The list goes on with products such as cans of Mahou at 0.43€, a roll of industrial film at 3.35€, Flota brand detergent (100 washes) at 6.99€, Pepsi at 0.45€ a can or 5L of extra virgin olive oil for 24€.
What products are sold at Kiwi Market?

In this hypermarket you can find everything from fresh products such as fruits, vegetables, meat and fish to frozen foods, processed foods and beverages. They also have personal care products (cosmetics and hygiene products) as well as specific solutions for babies and the elderly.
In addition to the food area, there is a household section with cleaning products and kitchen utensils.
