Madrid is growing not only with new residential developments like Retamar de la Huerta, but also with shopping centers and leisure options. Nasas Madrid is the new addition to Ciudad del Deporte, which will feature movie theaters, a gym, 1,500 parking spaces, and dozens of shops and restaurants.
It will be located near the Metropolitano Stadium, in the San Blas district, as part of the Ciudad del Deporte megaproject, spearheaded by Atlético de Madrid. It is scheduled to open in June 2027, coinciding with the UEFA Champions League final, which will help attract more customers.
40,000 m² of retail and sports facilities

According to the company in charge of the project, Nasas Madrid will cover 40,000 square meters, where four floors will be built with 70 spaces dedicated to fashion, leisure, and dining. Thus , in addition to the typical shops , there will be options such as movie theaters, a gym, a bowling alley, and a children’s area.
In keeping with its sports-oriented nature, the shopping center will feature areas for playing padel, golf, or urban surfing in an artificial lagoon. It will also include several multi-sport courts and a high-performance center with six soccer fields for Atlético de Madrid.
Natural light, trees, and an LED tower

In its design, Nasas Madrid will include several galleries, walkways, and escalators that will allow for connection with the outdoors and will even be integrated into green spaces and promenades. In this way, it will not be a dark, enclosed shopping center, but will receive constant natural light through large windows.
Wooden pergolas, street furniture, and spaces for resting and dining surrounded by trees will also be installed. In fact, some restaurants and cafés will have their own panoramic terraces, which will offer a prime spot for watching the sunsets.
And, as a major modern attraction, the center of the complex will be dominated by a gigantic digital LED tower. It will be illuminated in shades of blue and magenta, echoing the logo and serving as a distinctive beacon for the shopping center.
