It is very likely that if you have eaten a plate of authentic fresh Italian pasta in Madrid it has been in one of the restaurants of the Neapolitan chef Ciro Cristiano, ex Big Mamma group (Bel Mondo, Villa Capri) and CEO and co-founder of Baldoria Group. To him belong both Baldoria -awarded the eighth best pizzeria in the world in 2025 according to 50 Top Pizza World-and Beata Pasta, and the latter has opened a new location in Goya.
The address chosen for this new location of the self-styled “house of pasta in Madrid” has been Avenida Felipe II, 16, in the heart of the Salamanca neighborhood. The new restaurant, where reservations can be made on the Beata Pasta website, has been conceived as a bright and warm space “inspired by the colors of the Italian sunset”.
As a great novelty, diners who come to dine can do so inside the workshop, to see how fresh pasta is made at the time. The rest of the space is divided between an area with high tables -for more spontaneous meals, workshops or groups- and another, in front of the kitchen, more cozy, with low tables and sofas.
A Beata Pasta menu with novelties
The menu features new dishes, both in pizzas and pastas: in the latter, for example, the Pump King -bicolor ravioli stuffed with pumpkin from the Huerta de Aranjuez- or the Pulp Fiction -with octopus ragout-, as well as a 100% vegan option: the Veggy Ragout from the Huerta.
What remains the same is its commitment to seasonal and Italian ingredients such as San Marzano tomatoes, truffles from Abruzzo, stracciatella from Puglia, Nduja from Calabria or lemon from Amalfi. The average ticket of the restaurant, by the way, is between 15 € and 20 €.
Beata pasta Goya’s opening hours
- Monday to Thursday: from 12:30h to 16:30h and from 19:30h to 23h.
- Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays: from 12:30h to 00h.
Another recent opening at the Bernabéu
Last September, Beata Pasta opened a space in Bernabéu Market, in the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium (Avenida Concha Espina, 1): specifically, it is located in stall 5B.
This gastronomic space, which is open from Monday to Sunday from 10:00 to 00:00, is located in the Bernabéu Stadium, in the Plaza de los Sagrados Corazones (under Gate 54). Casa Dani, Kogumi and Chocolates 1902 are also represented in the stall.
