From March 13 to 16, the V Ruta de la Tapa de Prospe will once again turn the Prosperidad neighborhood into an obligatory stop for foodies. Fourteen establishments will join this gastronomic festival organized by Cerveza Dichosa with the support of the Chamartín Municipal Council and, for the first time, the Prospe Not Death artistic collective. The proposal: a special tapa paired with beer, wine or soft drink for only €5.95.
Each establishment has prepared an exclusive tapa for the occasion, a perfect excuse to drop by the neighborhood bars and discover new flavors. And as a good tapa always calls for a beer, this year there are options for all tastes:
- La Rubia del Barrio Prospe, the classic of the Ruta de la Tapa since its inception.
- Dichosa gluten-free beer, so that no one is left out of the plan.
- Dichosa de Festi (IPA), for those looking for a drink with a hoppy character.
- Dichosa con Ganas, a toasted beer without alcohol but with all the flavor.
Tapas and culture
The great novelty of this edition is the participation of the Prospe Not Death collective, which will bring art and culture to the gastronomic route. It’s not only about eating and drinking well, but also about immersing oneself in the creative spirit of the neighborhood, which this year welcomes the Madrid Design Festival for the first time.
