Rethink Vintage returns this weekend to Madrid: the popular ephemeral flea market of vintage clothing by the kilo -the largest of its kind in Spain- will be installed in the Próxima Estación space (Calle de Aniceto Marinas, 10. Moncloa-Aravaca) on October 19 and 20 with its particular system of sale with fixed price: for each kilo of clothes you take you pay a single price of 35 €.
In the market you will find “more than 100 categories of clothing and accessories and more than 10,000 different garments” vintage and second hand, as reported from the organization of the event.
On the other hand, during the course of the event itself will be taking out and replenishing new items. Its schedule will be on Saturday 19 from 11h to 20h and Sunday from 11h to 18h.
How does Rethink Vintage work?
In order to attend the Rethink Vintage flea market it is necessary to book a ticket in advance, which is completely free. The procedure can be done through this link.
Tickets are purchased with access time and allow you to enter the venue up to 29 minutes after the chosen time, but once inside you can stay as long as you want.
Throughout the space there are testers to see how those vintage jewels fit you and also scales where you can check the weight of what you take: each kilo is 35€, but there is no minimum. That is: if you only want to take a 100-gram garment, it will cost you 3.50€.
On the other hand, both cash and credit cards are accepted as payment methods, but, importantly, neither exchanges nor refunds are allowed. And if you want to make your dog participate in this day you can do it without problem, since the event is also pet friendly.
