After years of browsing the best vintage stores in the world, singer Rosario Flores and her great friend Mariola Orellana open Ojo con el Duende: the new fashion business at number 66 Martín de los Heros street.
The project, which according to Flores is “a dream come true,” promotes circular commerce through the acquisition of garments with history. “Every day new treasures appear to bring them to life,” explains the store’s team on their Instagram account. There are private collections from artist friends, vintage samplers and pieces from international markets (from Miami, Milan, Los Angeles and more cities).
Handbags, shoes, jewelry, beads, flamenco dresses, blazers, coats and many other unique items are distributed throughout a retro aesthetic store, whose design is inspired by a vintage dressing room, creating a cozy and elegant atmosphere.
The new store features casual and elegant garments for all kinds of occasions. Prices depend on their material and origin. There is something for all budgets and tastes (yes, anyone can take home an elfin treasure). In addition, it is open from 11:00 to 20:00 hours from Monday to Sunday: a very accessible schedule for the neighbors of Argüelles, who can now boast of a new space with a lot of art dedicated to sustainable fashion.
