What happens if you put together one of the best cheesecakes in the city with the winners of the title of best roscón of Madrid 2022? Well, the result is the limited edition cheesecake roscón that Panem and Álex Cordobés have prepared for this Christmas. A sweet that brings together the best of both worlds and with which they want to “pay tribute to a dessert so characteristic of these holidays with our personality“.
As we said, it is a limited edition that will be available until January 4 on Fridays and Saturdays in any of the two stores. Each of them will have 150 units of the cheesecake roscón, which will be sold until end of stock (without reservation) and only one per person.

What’s in the cheesecake roscón?
According to Álex Cordobés, it is a long-fermented roscón filled with his cheesecake cream and topped with a crumble of toasted cookie base with butter, candied orange and freeze-dried raspberry powder.“The cheese adds a saline and umami touch that combines perfectly with the sweetness and characteristic acidity of the roscón.”
