Until Monday, March 17, the five-star Eurostars hotel is hosting an exhibition of six dresses created by Isabel Sanchís, the famous Valencian haute couture designer. The exhibition focuses on the versatility of crepe to make runway-worthy garments.
More than 30 years dressing red carpet celebrities
Isabel Sanchís went from designing accessories for her friends to creating her own atelier, which has produced garments praised by Vogue, Elle, Harpers Bazaar and many other specialized fashion media. She has dressed great models like Nieves Álvarez, presenters like Anne Igartiburu, actresses like Kira Miró and more red carpet celebrities.
Throughout his career, Sanchís has focused on women’s fashion, experimenting with games between volumes and silhouettes in his garments. Painting, cinema and nature are her three main sources of inspiration.
His designs conquer stylists around the world for their elegance and timelessness, to the point that he has won eight fashion awards, including the award for best collection L’Oréal Paris at the Mercedes Benz Fashion Week 2024 in Madrid.
