In these terms the Repsol Guide refers to La Petit Raclette (travesía de las Huertas, 6), one of the restaurants in the Community of Madrid that has just been awarded a Solete Repsol de Navidad.
With that name, the recommendation of the professionals of the guide could not be other than the raclette, a dish consisting of heating cheese until melted (usually Raclette cheese), and then pour it over ingredients such as boiled potatoes, sausages, pickles and vegetables.
This restaurant in the mountains has specialized in its preparation since 1994, when it opened its doors, and although the visit is recommended all year round, the distinction that they have been awarded guarantees that on dates as special as Christmas it is even more special.
This is helped, for example, by its cozy atmosphere and rustic alpine-style decor, as if it were a real mountain cabin, making it the ideal backdrop for gatherings with family or friends for the holidays.

Its bet is clear and that translates into a menu in which the protagonists are the aforementioned traditional raclette and its stone-grilled meats -such as beef tenderloin, deer sirloin or wagyu- and is completed with options such as serrano potatoes and assorted desserts.

The restaurant has two lunch shifts (at 14h and 16h) and two dinner shifts (at 20:30h and 22:30h) and tables are reserved for an hour and fifty minutes.

Another characteristic of the Soletes awarded by the Repsol Guide is that they recognize those establishments where you can enjoy authentic flavors at affordable prices, and La Petit Raclette is no exception: the average ticket is below 35 €.
