Just an hour from Madrid, the fields of Brihuega (Guadalajara) have become a major tourist attraction thanks to their lavender flowers, which dye the entire landscape purple. Some describe it as the “Spanish Provence” because of its resemblance to the French region, and it is the setting for the Lavender Festival.
This summer, Brihuega will host this musical event for the tenth time, where nature and gastronomy also play a major role.On July 10, 11, 17, and 18, 2026, several artists from the Spanish music scene will fill the fields with excitement, beauty, and music.
Performances in 2026

Throughout its history, the Lavender Festival has established itself as one of the most eagerly awaited events of the summer season. On this occasion, the musical groups that will make up the 2026 lineup have already been announced :
- July 10: Sidecars.
- July 11: Luz Casal.
- July 17: Taburete.
- July 18: Duncan Dhu.
Tickets are now on sale on their website, with different prices and options. General admission tickets start at €40, depending on the artist, while VIP tickets can cost up to €260.
Among lavender fields

All concerts will begin at 8:45 p.m., but doors will open at 6:30 p.m., so attendees can stroll around and enjoy the food court before the performances.
The natural surroundings are a visual spectacle in themselves, full of beauty and calm. In addition to taking photos or exploring on foot, the festival offers several options for snacks or dinner. These range from Spanish to international cuisine, as well as a classic fast food menu with burgers, hot dogs, and sandwiches that are typical at music festivals.
How to get to Brihuega

Brihuega is located in the western part of the province of Guadalajara, 90 kilometers from Madrid. The event is held at kilometer 37 of the CM-2005 highway, and it is recommended to arrive early to avoid traffic jams.
The recommended route is to take the E-90 or A-2, follow exit 73 towards Torrija and continue on the CM 2011 to Brihuega. Finally, take the first roundabout and take the CM 2005 exit.
