A free soccer game for an entire city. Agrupación Deportiva Alcorcón has announced that it will open the gates of the Santo Domingo Stadium so that local residents can attend the match against UD Ibiza for free. The game will take place on Sunday, October 25, at 12:00 p. m.
The initiative, dubbed “Alcorcón Para Todos,” will allow residents of the Madrid municipality to receive two free tickets per person, provided seats are still available. The club’s goal is to fill the stands and bring the team closer to the city’s residents.
How to get free tickets to see Alcorcón
Ticket distribution will take place in two phases. The first phase will begin on Saturday, October 17, at 10:00 a.m. and will be reserved exclusively for season ticket holders, who may pick up two tickets per season ticket until the allocated quota is exhausted.
One day later, on Sunday, October 18, at 10:00 a.m., registration will open for the rest of Alcorcón’s residents. Each registered person may request two free tickets, until the available capacity is reached.
Tickets must be requested through the initiative’s official website and will be sent to the email address provided during registration within 48 business hours.
A waiting list will also be set up so that tickets released by those who are ultimately unable to attend can be made available to other fans.
An experiment to fill Santo Domingo
AD Alcorcón is presenting this matchday as a pilot program with the intention of strengthening the club’s relationship with its city. The club is also working on organizing activities and surprises before, during, and after the match, although it has not yet provided details on the schedule.
The club has also announced that during the week of the match, it will set up a system to release tickets from those who ultimately cannot attend, with the goal of maximizing capacity at Santo Domingo.
