Its chicken wings are among the most famous in the United States, and now they will also be available in Madrid. The American chain Wingstop will open its first restaurant in Spain on March 26, located at 68 Gran Vía in Madrid.
Thanks to its central location, the new restaurant will become a flagship location—that is, the brand’s most representative venue. All of this is part of Winsgtop’s growth strategy; the brand, which has offered delivery in Madrid since 2022 , has decided to make the leap to a brick-and-mortar restaurant.
American flavors for less than €15

Wingstop’s main attraction is its chicken wings, though there are also options like the“boneless”(crispy chicken breast) or tenders. For an average of 14.90 euros, the menu lets you choose any of these chicken options and pair them with french fries, a refillable drink, and the brand’s homemade ranch sauce.
In addition, the menu will feature 10 different seasoning combinations for the meat, including Honey BBQ, Garlic Parmesan, Lemon Pepper, and Spicy Korean Q, among others.
With all this, Wingstop offers the experience of stepping into an American-style restaurant, which will feature its own digital screens and self-service kiosks, just like other fast-food chains.
More than 3,000 countries

The company was founded in Garland, Texas, in 1994, and has continued to grow ever since. In 1997, they launched their franchise model and currently have more than 3,000 restaurants worldwide. They have expanded throughout the United States, as well as to Mexico and various markets in Asia and the Middle East.
In Spain, Wingstop arrived in 2022, but only through delivery, and has now taken another step in its expansion across the country. For them, the idea is for customers to enjoy the full experience in style and savor their wings just like at other locations.
