The Harry Potter™ movies, music, and drones
If the DroneArt Show left us speechless in previous editions, just wait and see what’s coming. What began with 500 drones has evolved into a display of over a thousand (1,200, to be exact), multiplying the detail of the figures that will light up above our heads. All of this while the iconic soundtrack of the Harry Potter™ films plays .
But the magic doesn’t end there. DroneArt Show: Harry Potter™ offers a two-act experience where the boundaries between the audience and the sky blur. As the drones recreate the films’ most memorable moments, attendees will wear LED bracelets synchronized with different colors (including those of the four Hogwarts™ houses), which will light up in unison at key moments throughout the show.
What to expect from the DroneArt Show: Harry Potter™
A fleet of flying robots takes over the Madrid sky to draw colorful figures. This is the DroneArt Show. And in this edition dedicated to Harry Potter™, the show is divided into two acts that will recreate the most iconic moments of the film series: from the appearance of the endearing Dobby to the excitement of a Quidditch™ match or the final battle between Harry and Voldemort.
Furthermore, while the last event in Madrid featured 1,000 drones, DroneArt Show: Harry Potter™ is raising the stakes and will debut with a total of 1,200 drones. All this thanks to the technology of Nova Sky Stories, the same experts who, in September 2025, illuminated St. Peter’s Square at the Vatican during the Grace for the World concert, accompanying the voices of Andrea Bocelli, Pharrell Williams, Karol G, and John Legend, among others.
The public will be able to enter the venue two hours before the start to enjoy the atmosphere at the Hipódromo de la Zarzuela, a site designated a Site of Cultural Interest and a monument since 2009. Nearby, a leisure area will be set up with a bar and food trucks serving burgers, hot dogs, and vegetarian options.
