If you’re among those who think the greatest show at the Bernabéu takes place exclusively on the field, it’s time to look up a bit—specifically, to Level 10 of the Real Madrid stadium. To celebrate the long-awaited opening of its new perimeter rooftop, the Bernabéu is joining forces with Cirque du Soleil and Fever to launch Bernabéu Sky imagined by Cirque du Soleil.
From November 13 to January 10, this experience will allow visitors to stroll high above the capital while immersing themselves in the world of one of Cirque du Soleil’s most acclaimed shows—an experience that will culminate with brief live performances at the stadium’s Sky Bar.

Madrid at Your Feet: The Opening of the Long-Awaited Skywalk
One of the great promises of the Bernabéu’s renovation was to transform the venue into more than just a temple of soccer, seeking to open its doors to the capital’s culture, leisure, and entertainment. The most tangible result of that ambition is the new Skywalk.
This rooftop opens with the aim of becoming a premier observation deck, offering visitors a 360-degree panoramic view of Madrid. The sensation of looking out over Madrid’s skyline from this vantage point alone justifies the visit, but the stadium has decided to mark its opening with more than just great views.
A circus in the clouds: the transformation of the Skywalk
For this premiere, the stadium is hosting Cirque du Soleil for the first time in its history, presenting a roughly 20-minute journey along the south and west walkways of the Skywalk: a stroll in which the boundaries between reality and fantasy blur. As visitors make their way along the observation deck, they’ll pass through different themed spaces such as the Accordion Tunnel, The Clouds, a unique electric forest, and even an underwater tunnel.

The highlight of the tour awaits at the end. The stadium’s Sky Bar will temporarily shed its usual look to become The Train Station, a space where short live performances by Cirque du Soleil artists will take place every 30 minutes.
The Kurios Universe: A Retrofuturistic Cabinet of Curiosities
The entire visual narrative that adorns Level 10 of the Bernabéu draws directly from *Kurios – Cabinet of Curiosities*, one of Cirque du Soleil’s most internationally acclaimed productions since its premiere in 2014, which has already attracted more than six million spectators worldwide.
The original production is a tribute to imagination and the great inventions of the late 19th century, inspired by steampunk aesthetics and the atmosphere of Paris in 1900. Its plot revolves around an eccentric inventor who opens the doors to his cabinet of curiosities—a place where the laws of time and physics are suspended to make way for all manner of mechanical beings and creatures.
The Skywalk experience, designed exclusively for the stadium, serves as an enticing prelude to the full Kurios show, which will set up its iconic Big Top at the Puerta del Ángel fairgrounds this fall.
