Amaia has a show in Madrid next Thursday, October 8, but this time her role isn’t limited to just taking the stage. The artist has put together a five-hour evening at the Teatro Eslava and has also chosen who will provide the music for the final segment: AMORE, Daniel 2000, and Juguete.
This choice aligns with a side of Amaia that has been evident throughout her career for years: that of a music curator and influencer. Just look back to 2019, when she was asked on *La Resistencia* about Spanish bands she liked and recommended La La Love You, a group that was much less well-known at the time.
The three names chosen by Amaia

AMORE is María Moreno, a Murcia native based in Madrid and one of the most recognizable names in Spain’s new experimental pop scene. In 2025, she released her debut album, *Top Hits, Ballads, etc…*, a record built around pop but infused with electronic, ambient, and traditional Spanish music. Since then, she has performed at Primavera Sound, COLORS, and on international stages.
Daniel 2000 is even more closely aligned with Amaia’s world. Daniel Dalfó is a musician, DJ, member of the Mainline Magic Orchestra, and the singer’s creative director. He’s behind much of the visual and stage imagery of her latest phase, from music videos and album covers to performances like the one Amaia put together for La Revuelta.
Juguete is the alias of Rubén Coronado, a DJ and promoter connected to Madrid’s club scene. He is part of the Girltoy collective, and his sets range from electro-house to acid disco and progressive sounds; he is a regular fixture at clubs in Madrid and Barcelona.
A night designed by Amaia from start to finish

These three help shed light on what Amaia plans to do at the Eslava. The event will begin at 9:30 p.m. and run until 2:30 a.m., moving through different atmospheres before culminating in the club segment.
The main limitation of this event is capacity. The public promotion organized to grant access to the event offered 430 tickets, which were awarded individually to participants.
Admission to the event was free and registration was open from September 28 to October 4, so as of this article’s publication, it is no longer possible to register to win a ticket through this channel. Ballantine’s has long been organizing limited-capacity events and special formats in Madrid featuring artists such as CA7RIEL and Paco Amoroso, Barry B, and Carolina Durante, so it’s a good idea to keep an eye on the brand’s social media channels for announcements about upcoming events.
