Vallecas is already in the midst of its 2026 Fiestas del Carmen, which, from July 12 through this Sunday, the 19th, honor the district’s patron saint with a program that fills the fairgrounds on Payaso Fofó Street with a festive atmosphere.
The festivities include concerts, children’s and family entertainment, street performances, a foam party, and tributes to Leño and Tina Turner. The grand finale to close out the eight days of celebrations will be, as is customary, the Naval Battle —which, by the way, is celebrating its 44th anniversary.
As for the musical lineup, headlining the free concert series are artists Ramoncín, Jaime Urrutia, Santiago Auserón, and the band Capitán Inhumano.
